Episode 7: In this short practice, we'll drop into meditation together to tune into the crown chakra. This chakra is the space where information from the Ether comes in to our human body. It’s the center of divine knowing. It’s the energetic center that we open when we take truly divine - sometimes otherworldly - information *cue contacting aliens* Pro tip: Stay grounded - put your feet in some grass before activating the crown. Set yourself up to feel really safe.
