Get ready to sweat, strengthen, stretch and enjoy an extra long, guided savasana! This version of the Half Primary Series has less alignment instruction than the other “Ashtanga Half Primary Series” video I filmed. That means this practice is faster than the other video and closer to how it is taught in a public class. Breathe deeply through your nose and practice the bandhas in the video!
