Inspired by the deep body of water in this video, allow yourself to be guided into a deeply meditative space. Follow me, with courage and calm, below the surface. Dive deep within. Open your mind to see what might be living below the surface. Go deep into a space where you can become more familiar with your fears in an effort to rise above them. Fears are lessons and opportunities for growth. We should lean into our fears and worries, instead of keeping them buried beneath the surface. I’ll be with you the entire way. Namaste!
