Gratitude is a powerful practice for happiness. Anytime I am feeling down, channeling my gratitude practice brightens my spirit! Being thankful is a practice of positivity, trust and grace. Being thankful for what you have it key. Count your blessings and soak in the magic in your life.
Practice this meditation frequently and watch you mind begin to soar with joy. There is so much to give thanks for.
