In yoga mythology, Ganesha is the remover of obstacles. So in the physical form (asana) of yoga, we see Ganesha as a dance as we overcome struggles. It's a reminder that we are stronger than what we think and must remember to not take things too seriously- remember to dance. Enjoy this short flow with a smile and an open heart. It's okay to fall, and it's okay to laugh when we do.
