  • Front Body Opening

    This practice is designed to open the parts of the body that get tight or short in our daily activities, such as sitting on the computer or driving. These chest and shoulder openers will leave you feeling expanded and refreshed!

  • Grounded AF

    In this short flow we will focus on grounding shapes, with an emphasis on the hips and root chakra. Expect zero Chaturangas and up dogs here!

  • Holy Hamstrings, Batman!

    In this 45 minute flow we will focus on strengthening and stretching the hamstrings and the lower back. If your hammies are tight, grab a couple yoga blocks or large books to assist you!

  • Mobile Hips

    This sequence is focused on creating a greater range of motion through your hips while easing tension out of the posterior chain. Expect to leave class feeling like you've got an extra pep in your step! This class is for all levels.
