Just like I say in the beginning, move like you. Not like how you think you should, or how you've seen on IG. Move from your heart. Do what feels right, move around, explore your body in all the shapes that it can make. Every day is going to be different, and thats the beauty of yoga, no day will ever be the same. In yoga mythology, Ganesha is the remover of obstacles. So in the physical form (asana) of yoga, we see Ganesha as a dance as we overcome struggles.
