Just like the title says, we're finding our groove in this flow. We're letting go of all inhibitions and moving in a way that makes us feel free. We repeat certain movements 3 or 4x so that we can get the hang of it and then go deeper. I encourage you to move like no one is watching. Thats going to bring out the real YOU!
