This sequence is beginner friendly or good for some simple breath and movement when you need to take it easy and chill out. Great for post travel, long periods of sitting, or just to decompress the body, this sequence focuses on lower back and hamstrings. I felt freaking amazing after this practice! Reminding myself that sometimes it's good to keep it simple, slow down and let the yoga do the work. Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ands up being the biggest step of your life.
