I filmed this one hour flow class in front of one of my favorite walls in Houston! I call it the Crayon Wall or Taste the Rainbow Wall :) This is a harder flow class because we incorporate a lot of strengthening postures in it. Although it is a more challenging flow, you CAN do it!! Keep in mind during the more challenging poses, to slow down and get into the posture with precision and intention, no need to rush. Start in a comfortable cross legged seated position on your mat!
This flow is for the more well versed yogi because we move through the postures pretty quickly. Therefore, I won't be giving many alignment cues and instead, simply saying the pose name for the most part.
