I filmed this class while I was on a weekend getaway with with friends at this gorgeous 10,000 acre ranch. I filmed on a cliff overlooking the river and mountains, so I really hope you enjoy the view! Aside from that... I love this class! It is one of my more creative flow sequences which includes fun transitions, changing directions, and even an arm balance! The arm balance we will practice is Firefly Pose. If you are new to arm balances, not to worry, because I really break down how to get into the pose as well as give you the opportunity to practice it twice! At the end of class, all of your hard work will be rewarded with some nice deep stretching poses and of course savasana. Namaste!
