In yoga mythology, Ganesha is the remover of obstacles. So in the physical form (asana) of yoga, we see Ganesha as a dance as we overcome struggles. It's a reminder that we are stronger than what we think and must remember to not take things too seriously- remember to dance. Enjoy this short flow with a smile and an open heart. It's okay to fall, and it's okay to laugh when we do.
This is my very first online yoga class, and I'm obviously super excited about it! It's an easy half an hour (ish) flow with a sweet slow start, some Sun Salutation A's to warm up, and then a juicy hip stretch. Make sure to rest and drink plenty of water afterward!
