I filmed this fun full body sequence at my favorite coffee shop in Marfa while leading a yoga retreat. Marfa is one of my happy places, where I feel at peace and free to just slow down and be. Hop on your mat and remember the only thing required in breath! Rainer Maria Rilke once wrote. "Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer." Today if you feel burdened by questions, doubts, or fear - an obstacle blocking you from living in gratitude and the sweet surrender of the present moment, perhaps you will take these words to heart. I don't know about you, but sometimes my calf and hamstrings scream at me! I love dedicating full classes to my hamstrings and lower body since they are very fragile for me. I still kept some strength & power in here as well so you'll feel strong and accomplished afterwards!
