This practice contains forward folds, backbends, twists and lots of breath. Join me and laughing at being out of breath a lot during pregnancy. Your body's blood volume increases so the amount of oxygen you need also increases. Things that used to be easy are now a bit more challenging. Find patience and giggles with me. It's all good. I add a bit of education into this video as to why you might be feeling dizzy at times! Listen to your body during this flow and rest when you need! As a Prenatal Certified Yoga Teacher I'm stoked to offer education on pregnancy throughout my prenatal classes. I hope you enjoy!
