You guessed it… This class is full of Side Planks! Along with Side Planks, our flow will incorporate a lot of shoulder stretches in order to balance out the shoulder strengthening we do throughout our practice. This class also involves some core stabilizing poses as well. Altogether this is a pretty quick, powerful flow class! I filmed this practice in front of the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, so I hope you enjoy the view as well as the class! Namaste :)
