Twists compress your digestive organs by placing them under pressure. This will causes a lack of circulation, or kink in the hose. When you release your twist there will be a rush of blood that will flood your organs. Fresh blood flow equals fresh oxygen and nutrients. Springtime is everywhere and I am feeling myself stretch and shuffle the winter off. This flow is a little more than an hour, and it's really just a conversation with my body and myself. It's a fairly full-body flow, I hope you enjoy! (Also lots of cute dogs in this one!)
