This class is all about balance! Balance in breath, mind and body. While we move through a steady flow that creates strength, stability and familiarity in the body, we'll at once create a sense of ease through the mind by focusing on breathwork. We'll gradually build our way to balancing on the feet as well as on the hands, specifically Eagle pose (Garudasana) and Crow pose (Bakasana). See you on the mat!
