I am so in love with the Dominican Republic so I just had to share this beautiful scenery with you! This flow is a 30 minute flow with lots of juicy twists! We mostly twist while doing a lunge in order to also get a quad and hip flexor stretch in. We round off our practice with triangle and pigeon in order to get some yummy hamstring stretching and hip opening. Start in childs pose and enjoy!!
