Train with me in this intense 30 min. FlowFit Bodyweight Training. You will challenge your mind and body with a sequence of exercises to get your heart rate up, make you sweat and burn calories. In the video I demo each exercise then we train for 20 min. straight moving through the FlowFit sequence for over 12 rounds. Feel free to pause to take a longer break if needed but challenge yourself in new ways with these unfamiliar exercises. Let's get it!
