Welcome to Video 4 of the Abs & Core program. This class is all about working the back side of the core, or lower back muscles. While it's not the first thing you may think of when shaping your core, it's ESSENTIAL to work this area for balance, as well as for health and longevity. Here are the exercises:

Cobra Push-Up
Cleopatra
Good Morning in Pigeon
Hamstring Curl
Leg Lifts in Bridge
Perform each movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions. This video shows 1 full circuit of all the exercises. As you become stronger and more conditioned, or if you're ready now, perform another 1-2 sets for maximal effectiveness. Enjoy!
