I named this class spicy sauce because it is fiery! Don’t let that scare you though! It is an all levels class which means everyone and anyone can do it! We will put in that WERK and turn on muscles that you may have never used before! This is an all body toning class. We begin with some legs, then work toward arms, then finish with everyone’s favorite- abs! Enjoy!
