Join me in some Movement Therapy as I move through some of my favorite closed chain mobility exercises, yoga poses and stretches. You can use these movements as a daily practice to create more range in joints and muscles or use them before training or yoga. This practice is specific to the hips so we will be moving through internal and external rotations, extension, and flexion plus stretches for legs and hips.
