In this flow I am in my 20 weeks of pregnancy! The journey has been wonderful, but as all mamas might know if they are along for the ride, your body can be doing some weird things. In this flow, I focus on the hips and lower back to hopefully open up some space. Modify as you need, adjust, and tune in to what works for YOU. Let me know how you feel with any feedback!
