I made this flow suitable for my body at the time which may speak to some of you on some days, whether you are pregnant, dealing with shoulder issues, or just want a dang break from vinyasas! I made sure the flow didn't include any, but there is space for you to add in, always. It's still a short, but strong flow working the core, upper body, and lower body.
