Welcome to a grounding and fear releasing flow. In this class, we do simple movements over and over again to allow you to deepen each time. It takes our bodies and minds a while before we surrender into whatever it is we are doing. These movements allow me to relax and open and I hope they do the same for you. We end with a very simple meditation to relax the mind and hopefully it will be helpful for you during pregnancy, labor and even after. It can even relax you enough to fall asleep.
