Go as deep as you want in all the exercises.
Kickthroughs: option to regress by taking your hip to the floor, don't extend your leg, or keep your hands down and focus on feet and hips.
Use an extra cushion if your knees are tender. Block Friendly.
Take your time, move mindfully, and in time you will change your body and mind. :)
Start slow and speed up when you have the control down. The most important thing is to breathe, followed by having a little fun with it. It being you.
