My goal is to help you become a better mover. It doesn't matter where we are in this journey, we all need our vessel to move with confidence.     What I do every morning to get me going!

  • Mace and Movemet

    Quick and easy but very effective today! We’ll do some mace movement and bodyweight. No worries if you don’t have a mace! You can always use a broomstick! This is gonna get you moving for sure!

  • Decompression Magic

    We’ll be moving through a 20 minute flow of decompression and mobility. This decompression will move through things a little more efficiently but if you’re not quite ready to move that fast, take your time. This is gonna make you feel great! Thanks for practicing with me!

  • Mobility in the Morning

    This is a routine similar to what I do at some point everyday everyday and I wanted to share with you. It Will change your whole life if you do it consistently. Enjoy and have fun
