Some mindful movements to lift the curtains on ourselves and possibly see what's going on underneath. The only time I can actully see me is when I've tired out body and mind and only have what is left. So we will take our time and move into some fun poses with mindful transitions and see if we can't go deeper than sweat level. Have fun, it's just practice.
