20 minute opening flow
This flow is meant to feel stretchy and juicy - we’ll open up through your heart and your hips, and I added in some twists to round it all out. You’ll finish this practice with your body feeling gooooood
root chakra
The first in our chakra series, the root chakra sets the foundation for all our other chakra work. We’ll focus on poses that ground and support you as we explore your connection to the Earth.
sacral
This flow focuses on our second chakra, the sacral chakra. We’ll open your hips (and maybe even hit a frog pose) as we connect to your sexuality and your creativity.
heart
This flow focuses on our fourth chakra, the heart chakra. We’ll slow down a little bit to explore different heart opening poses, and find some extra gratitude and love.
