Episode 1: In this short practice, we'll drop into meditation together to tune into the root chakra. This chakra is the foundation of our energetic system. It connects us to the earth, to our own sense of safety and security. Activation for the root chakra is important during times of transition or change - allowing you to be in your fullest expression, no matter what the outside world is mirroring to you. After the meditation, we'll work through some movement to embody the energy of the chakra. Pro tip: Play music with high levels of bass or tribal drums!
