Episode 5: In this short practice, we’ll drop in to mediation together to tune into the throat chakra. This center is the bridge between divine inspiration and our heart (inspiration within self). A balanced and activated throat chakra assists in living in our own unique expression of truth. It allows us to communicate and create in a way that’s in alignment with our own hearts. It’s the dance between the divine and self. Pro tip: Sigh out each exhale and make noise throughout your practice. Allow your truth to come forward!
