Gather your crystals, mala beads and get on your mat! It's time to explore infinity within the finite! ;) This is a seriously fun flow. Expect to move quickly, flow freely and be very present to follow the wild transitions. I enjoyed this practice with guidance from my body and less from my thinking mind. I listened to what would feel great next and was pleasantly surprised at my energy level to keep flowing and flowing while the 105 degree sun was beating down! If you're into Ayurveda, this is great flow to increase the airy, flowy, creative vibes of the VATA dosha! If you're feeling lethargic or angry, enjoy this flow and bring some gentle breeze into your soul.
