Breathe, flow and think less. This is a great practice for runners, athletes or anyone who needs some stretching of their legs and chest! I thoroughly enjoyed this flow after lots of Onnit workouts! Simple and energizing. My instruction is minimal, but clear, as I am hoping that you are able to think less and do more. I hope you enjoy your practice, feel energized afterward and remember to thank yourself for your hard work. I also didn't use a yoga mat for this class. It was so refreshing to step onto the fresh, Spring time grass, feel grounded and breathe the fresh air. Have you taken your BSY.tv classes outside, yet?
