This sweet Flow isn't designed to exhaust OR relax. It's designed to stretch you out, wake you up, and prepare you for more activity. Whether that's a more high-impact workout or a long day behind a desk, this will rev you up but in a chill, stimulant-free way!
A great practice if you have a lot of anxious or nervous energy to burn off, or if you are in need of an energy or mood booster. We'll do some all over strengthening and stretching with an almost constant flow – including some fun balance challenges – until the last few minutes of our time together.
