Beginning BSY.tv in my own back yard! This practice is a 40 minute flow that has a little bit of everything moving through the whole body.
The focus is twists, side stretches and balancing poses moving up to revolved half moon as the peak pose. This flow also includes shoulder and hip openers as well as core work. You may need one block for this practice. Start in Tadasana Mountain Pose.
