This flow is one of my top favorites! It is full of plenty to twists, lateral flexion and of course windmills! We start warming up the spine seated followed by core work, then I take you through progressions from the ground up warming up your arms and spine with rotations. It’s fun to start windmilling up and down into twisted lunges and warriors moving with breath and fluidity like a dance. This practice moves into the hips with lizard pose, half splits and half pigeon pose. We will then open the shoulders more for bow pose as the backbend of practice.
