The One Where Rachel Gets Too Close To The Camera. This is a lovely medium-sized flow, perfect for people who are traveling or sitting a bunch. Activating and stretching our hips, shoulders, and side body-just moving around. This is good for any level of practicioner. It's juicy!
I love this Flow because it walks you through poses you see often in a vinyasa based practice but we go through a modified version first. Even though it's modified, doesn't mean it can't be challenging, but it gives you a chance to fine tune your alignment before going into the full version.
