Let’s move symmetrically. This practice aims to avoid additional discomfort for the pubic symphysis joint that connects the two hip bones at the front of your pelvis. We move with slow awareness to support the body in its constant change.
Be gentle on yourself, enjoy how good your breath feels and always modify any movement if needed. Your body is a miracle and work of art. Celebrate it, honor it and care for it. It’s the home for you and your baby. Treat it with care.
