This is an hour or so of ridiculous relaxation. I don't do nearly enough yin, which is a soft and gentle practice that involves cooling and relaxing the fascia that sits on top of your muscles, as opposed to warming and activating the muscles themselves. Lots of props are used in what is basically playtime, but don't feel the need to rush out and buy a bunch of stuff-get creative and use what you have laying around! Enjoy the silence!
