Greetings and salutations! I'm so happy to be sharing my love of breath and movement with the world! Yoga keeps me balanced, literally and figuratively. Just a little bit of time and attention goes such a long way. It helps me turn off my anxious brain and think more calmly. Flow with me! We'll improve ourselves together, one breath at a time.

  • That's Gravity, Baby!

This hour-long Flow is designed to open up your hips, hamstrings, and quads.
We’re committing as much time to warming up and cooling down as we are to the standing series, and are left with a well-rounded practice that relaxes us even as we’re being challenged. Enjoy!

  • The Inagural Mission

This is my very first online yoga class, and I'm obviously super excited about it! It's an easy half an hour (ish) flow with a sweet slow start, some Sun Salutation A's to warm up, and then a juicy hip stretch. Make sure to rest and drink plenty of water afterward!

  • Be The Warrior With Me

This brief and lovely flow begins and ends grounded in a peaceful seat, and in between there's a focused and joyful standing series that visits every Warrior posture. There's also some shoulder opening, a visit with crow pose, and of course some hip stretches. Flowing at the feet of Stevie Ray Va...

  • Basic Beginner's Flow

This is a very introductory flow if you're just starting out, or if you just need a little movement! I have some Sun Salutations to start out, focusing a lot on alignment. We end with a sweet stretch!

  • Tight Hips? Not Today!

A short and sweet restorative practice, designed to stretch hips and legs. This sequence is perfect if you run a lot, or if you sit a lot! Do this after long periods of both.

  • The Agony of Da Feet

The focus of our flow is your poor tootsies! People do not stretch their feet enough, but this ends today! It's a sweet little flow, but pick and choose what you need. Remember these foot stretching techniques and take them with you out into the world!

  • Someone to Sit With

If you're looking for a very disciplined guided meditation, look elsewhere. If you're looking for someone to breathe with you, someone who (like you) might not be the best at meditation but who is trying her darndest, then spend a few minutes on this! I'll sit with you if you'll sit with me.

  • A Menstrual Flow

This class is designed for people who may be on their period! It's slow, gentle, and great for helping with cramps and low back pain. But even if you're not currently surfing the crimson wave, it's still going to feel great for your back, shoulders, and general mood. Have some chocolate after!

  • Let's Get Vulnerable! Vulnerable!

We're talking about anxiety, y'all. This video was unplanned and from the heart, it's just me speaking about some stuff that I and lots of other folks deal with on a day to day. Let me know what you think!

  • Mobility & Vitality

This is an extremely accessible class designed for people of any age or mobility. You can flow along completely or take what stretches you need and discard what doesn't serve you. No matter what is going on, this is stuff you CAN do!

  • Same Same, but Different

Perfect for first thing in the morning, here are five Sun Salutation A's, but each is just a little different from the one before. Which one is your favorite? It's a low-commitment time, easily tailored to what you need from day to day.

  • Get Ready! Get Pumped!

This sweet Flow isn't designed to exhaust OR relax. It's designed to stretch you out, wake you up, and prepare you for more activity. Whether that's a more high-impact workout or a long day behind a desk, this will rev you up but in a chill, stimulant-free way!

  • No Big Whoop

This short sequence will center and calm you without a bunch of bells and whistles. Perfect to do at the end of a workout or at the end of your day.

  • Stamina by the way of Movement

This class challenges you gently, guiding you through simple postures. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, but there's something for everyone. Don't forget to breathe!

  • Short, Sweet and Sweaty

It's the perfect little mini-movement to do right out of bed, after a workout, or anytime! Nary a vinyasa in sight, just enjoy some twists and hip stretches.

  • For when you just don't wanna

Y'all know what I'm talking about. Sometimes I find it extremely challenging to motivate myself to complete even the simplest of tasks. It's hard to make it to your mat when you can barely find the energy to get out of bed. This flow is for exactly those kinds of days. Slow easy movements and gen...

  • Pose Breakdown: Elephant Trunk

Do you want to learn how to do a fun arm-balance with a pachyderm theme? Give this a watch! Maybe you're just listening and learning, but if you're ready to give it a go, make sure your core is warmed up, your hips have been opened as comfortably as possible, and do a few chaturanga pushups to a...

  • Life Happens

Falling out of your practice is normal. Travel, family, work; so many things can pull our focus and interrupt our momentum. Are you coming back to your mat after a short (or lengthy) sabbatical? Me too! Let's see what happens, shall we?

  • Abs-solutely

Core work is, for most, a necessary evil. Do some with me or just laugh as I attempt to speak and do bicycle crunches at the same time.

  • Backbendy

This flow is designed to wake you up, open your heart, and strengthen your core. Great to do in the morning. Please enjoy!

  • A Menstrual Flow 2

This is a short series of stretches that will help if you have a backache, cramps, or any other of the wondrous symptoms that accompany your ride on the crimson wave. Low effort, high reward. *However, don't feel left out if you're lacking a uterus; this will feel great for everybody!

  • A Yoga Sampler

This a little-less-than-an-hourlong flow has a little bit of everything: there's strengthening and lengthening, twisting and balancing. We finish with a sweet whole-body cool down. Please let me know what you think!

  • Crow Pose and Tripod Headstand. How they Relate

A brief(ish) breakdown of first the arm-balance crow pose, or bakasana, and then once we've got it, a similarly brief explanation of tripod headstand, or salamba sirsasana II. We'll spend time talking about how the two poses are related to each other.

  • A Yin Yoga Journey

This is an hour or so of ridiculous relaxation. I don't do nearly enough yin, which is a soft and gentle practice that involves cooling and relaxing the fascia that sits on top of your muscles, as opposed to warming and activating the muscles themselves. Lots of props are used in what is basicall...
