The One Where Rachel Gets Too Close To The Camera. This is a lovely medium-sized flow, perfect for people who are traveling or sitting a bunch. Activating and stretching our hips, shoulders, and side body-just moving around. This is good for any level of practicioner. It's juicy!
This is a fun and active practice, with lots of open twisting, heart opening balances, and LOTS of hip stuff at the end (lizard AND pigeon? Yes please!). It's fun and light and you should try it!
Springtime is everywhere and I am feeling myself stretch and shuffle the winter off. This flow is a little more than an hour, and it's really just a conversation with my body and myself. It's a fairly full-body flow, I hope you enjoy! (Also lots of cute dogs in this one!)
I'm never going to practice dolphin unless someone makes me. So, here I am. This is merely a few moments of breathing together in only a few postures. Over time, we make our shoulders strong enough to find a forearm stand. Do this a few times a week and we'll see how far we can get!
