Okay okay.. so maybe you have seen the Virabhadrasana (warrior) poses many times. They are ubiquitous in Vinyasa classes and pack a long list of benefits. I think there is value in exploring them individually and highlighting the qualities of each. Although, for the purposes of this workshop class I link them together, transitions between them in a flowing class are often a bit awkward and in my opinion better routed through an array of other asana families.
