Welcome to Video 2 of the Abs & Core program. In today's class, the focus will be on movements from forearm plank. Forearm planks are great for building stability in the core, allowing for greater freedom of movement, and preventing injuries. They also provide lots of definition to the abdominal muscles. Here are the exercises:
Forearm Plank to Dolphin Rock
Sphinx to Forearm Plank Lift
Plank Knee to Elbow
Plank Side-to-Side
Side Plank
Plank Jacks
Perform each movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions. This video shows 1 full circuit of all the exercises. As you become stronger and more conditioned, or if you're ready now, perform another 1-2 sets for maximal effectiveness. Enjoy!
