Durability and mobility is one of my specialties so I’m happy to share my knowledge with you since these movements seem to be in high demand. Here I will take you through a standing joint mobility sequence of some of my favorite moves going joint by joint through them all. We start with the hips and move upward through the spine with thoracic and cervical, then move out through the arms from shoulders to wrists. After integrating all of that together in my favorite windmill rotation we move back to the hips and move through legs to the feet. I will then take you through some ground work durability with shin boxes and closed chain movements.
It’s great to learn these movements and exercises to use daily as you get older or if you sit for work many hours in a day. Hope you enjoy and keep your body moving as you gain more body awareness and joint health.
