This short flow focuses on opening shoulders and hips in the beautiful Mueller Lake Park. We will warm up the hips, spine and shoulders to begin connecting breath and movement. I will take you through all Warriors focusing on shoulder opening and balance. You will sequence through lunges with backbends and pyramid pose for hamstrings. The practice end with many hips exercises and poses to complete your practice. Please note there were many distractions of people and kids walking by so only a few human errors but just remember to do Skandasana side lunge on the left side which was left out.
