This Steel Mace Training video is meant for beginners because it’s very low intensity and has in depth instructions going over each exercise explaining movement and form. This is a full body workout including warm up and cool down. You will warm up by doing mobility and two warm up exercises then after training you will decompress with yoga using the same format I use for my Hot Onnit classes.
2 warm up Bodyweight Exercises, 2 Rounds, 20 sec. rounds
4 Steel Mace Exercises , 3 rounds, 30 sec. rounds, 30 sec. rest
-Forward Switch Lunges
