A journey into the hips (and always a little core, duh!). I liked this flow because it takes its time but then builds some fire towards the end. You visit some poses a couple times and each time hopefully feeling a little more open yet strong in them. Hip work can be daunting as it’s a vulnerable part of the body. Tie it in with my empowerment pep talk in the beginning of the flow. Be confident in your movement, even if it doesn’t look or feel how you’d like expect.
