It’s not always easy to slow our practice down. But, sometimes it’s whats necessary and can take our practice or journey to the next level. This is a slow & mindful flow with enough space to allow intentional movement. There’s still some quirky moves & transitions which I always find fun to add in! I imagine this flow being done before bed or In the evening when work is complete and you have some time to yourself!
