I am trained in several unconventional movement practices. I have a passion for functional and durable fitness that fortifies the body with an emphasis on mobility and stability. My favorite exercises include mace flow, kettlebell juggling, and rope flowing. In my free time I like to take my puppy, Tex, on walks, ride my motorcycle, and enjoy photography.
