Drop in for a moment to calm your mind and reconnect back to your internal guidance and compass. Take a seat or lie down and let yourself be still and in silence for a few moments to observe the mind as a pond and see what messages you receive.In doing so we can create the space necessary to intentionally access peace and compassion for ourselves and as a result, for those around us.This meditation is adapted from a guided visualization by Swami Satchidananda in his book The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
